About

About

Bargara Coastal Runners (BCR) is a community running club based in Bargara, on the beautiful Coral Coast of Queensland. We welcome runners of all ages and abilities, from beginners taking their first steps to seasoned runners.

Our Mission

Our mission is to build a strong, inclusive running community that celebrates movement, friendship, and the stunning coastal environment we’re lucky to call home.

The aim of BCR is to create social and community connection through running, and to promote health and fitness for adults of all ages.

What we do

  • Regular group runs along Bargara’s beaches and coastal trails
  • Organised local races and events throughout the year
  • Training sessions for all fitness levels
  • A welcoming community for runners and their families
